Registration Information

PRE-REGISTRATION:

Pre-registration will be made in two steps:
Create an account (in order to do so the interested participants will have to fill up the first page and  press "next step" at the bottom of the page. Then,  they will receive on their mail box an e-mail confirming their account (login and password). After receiving the email they will have to activate their account.

Pre-register can be made until April 24^th, 2013.

After the closure of the pre-registration  the Organizing Committee will make a selection of participants. Each applicants will receive an e-mail on behalf of the Organizing  Committee  about their acceptance  latest by  May 2^nd 2013.

REGISTRATION

The selected candidates  will then have to register and proceed with the pre-payment of 90 euros as a non-refundable security deposit for the booking of their full lodging.

For self-supported participants, this pre-payment will be subtracted from the total amount they will have to pay during their stay at la Villa Clythia or before September 10^th at GANIL.

For some of the participants - permanent employees, post docs and PhD students,  full board will be supported  (a limited number of place will be available).

GRANTS:
Few additional grants will also be available. In order to apply, students may refer to the pre-registration item.
